Sorry about the unamaginative name.

This is my first piece of studio work ever, and can say its enjoyable.

I had a bit of a problem trying to juggle aperature and iso as one would leave me with 'noise' the other not much in the way of depth of field.

Any commments indeed welcome.

nice! i like the fact that it isnt the usual chessboard!
I can see what you mean with the DOF, its really 'tiny' It looks like the bottom of the left chessthing is in focus, while the rest isnt quite. A little higher f-number might solve that.
about the composition, it looks slightly off-centre but i dont know if that intentional!:)
Anyway im talking to much crap:)
next time i will keep it simpler, i guess you wont mind;)
